Nourchene Bargaoui is a multidisciplinary researcher and AI specialist with a PhD focus on Applied AI in Data Science, currently pursuing her doctoral studies at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) where she also serves as a Teaching Assistant in undergraduate Software Engineering and a Research Assistant at the MuSIC Research Center. She has a diverse research portfolio that includes pioneering work in few-shot learning, natural language processing, reinforcement learning, and the application of machine learning in psychology.
A lifetime member of Phi Beta Delta - Honor Society for International Scholars, Nourchene is also a Fulbright Alumni and DAAD scholarship recipient and has been recognized for her academic excellence and contributions to international cultural exchange.
Nourchene is passionate about promoting diversity in STEM, inspiring women in tech, and drawing from her unique life experiences to advocate for resilience and ambition. With a strong interdisciplinary background and a commitment to impactful research.
